「A very enjoyable stay in a quiet spot with view- just what I like. Attentive host.One thing I need to give feedback on is that the online description included "kitchen", so I took food that could be cooked on a stove top. There wasn't one- please clarify/ specify this for future possible users.Thanks,Sharyn」

「We had only 2 nights and were fairly busy, so didn't get to enjoy surroundings and the property so much, but if you're looking for a place to crash, do some surfing, walks on the beach, have a great coffee from the coffee truck right across the road, watch something on netflix when it's all done, this is your spot! 」

「The house is in a beautiful location with excellent views, and was extremely well presented throughout. As it's a little far from shops, you'll want a car although there is a bus service that passes very close by. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Frances was more accommodating than any host we’ve encountered in any country. She met us upon arrival, explained a few things, made two restaurant reservations for us, changed one on the day of, provided directions, rebooted internet immediately, and left cream for our coffee. She even had fresh flowers throughout the house. Her place is a perfect location to sit and watch all the port and harbor activity, walk to several restaurants and cafes, but easy to take tunnel into Christchurch....

「We spent 5 nights in this property and it exceeded our expectations. The location is spectacular, watching sunrise each morning from the main bed was memorable. The thoughtful design features in the house including doubled glazed windows, fireplace with plenty of wood and heated floors in the bathroom made us feel cosy on winter days.
