「The morning of our arrival the Staff called to check as to when i felt i was going to be there and if i needed anything special. I didn't, and felt i would be there close to 5pm. She explained that a note would be on the office door for me if they were not there. When we got there, they were still in the office and were very pleasant to talk to. Everything was ready to go. I asked if there was a store near by and they gave directions and said that they were having a fire in the pit later...
