「We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!」

「Our stay was great and unfortunatly this review is aimed at hotels.com who have given me no choice but to raise this as a warning to others. Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now having control of my account my bookings and the use of my reward nights. Since the compromise of the account I have had two bookings cancelled and a refund of £1085.07 made...

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「Hotellet er helt fint å bo på. Veldig hyggelig resepsjon. Vil karakterisere hotellet som middels bra. Wi-Fi funket dårlig på rommene. En router eller 2 på den siden terrassene er, hadde hjulpet bra. Kokeplater var lite effektive. tok minst en halv time på å koke egg til frokost」

「Enough space room, not big but nice pool and nice pool bar, I was satisfied everything in case of this price. Location was also good, very close to the beach area and a lot of restaurant. I recommended to visit local restaurants along beach side. For the young couple, it’s better to stay at las Americas area to enjoy night life, but for the family, here is good. Definitely I would like to use this hotel again.」

「12月24日-26日にstudioに宿泊。　 部屋は非常に広くきれいで長期滞在者用に食器が充実しており、大きな冷蔵庫もあります。 ベランダと非常に小さいプールがあり、プールは共用。　 時期のせいだとも思いますが宿泊した部屋は陽当たりが悪く、ベランダは寒いのでプールは利用しませんでした。　逆側の部屋（恐らくもう少しランクの高い部屋）は非常に陽当たりがよさそうで、少し奮発すればよかったとも思いました。 朝食のビュッフェは充実した内容でどれもおいしかったです。　また、２Fのレストランを夜に利用しましたが、夜景もきれいで味も良かったと思います。 周辺の五つ星ホテルのエントランスがクリスマスで盛大に飾られているのに比べると簡素でしたが、その分部屋が広く充実しており、私たちのニーズに非常に合っていて満足でした。 」

「立地は最高でしたが、言い換えると周りにレストランが多く、 夜中まで音楽が聞こえてきて、うるさかったです。 ホテルのWIFIはあまり繋がらなかったので、プールサイドでネットを楽しもうと思ってたけど、できずにすこし残念。 」

Vi havde ihverfald set flotte billeder fra en lejlighed i en helt anden standard end den vi fik. Lejligheden var fint indrettet med en fantastisk terrasse. Men alt var nedslidt. Sovesofaen var så plettet og ulækker, at vi lagde et tæppe over. Badeværelset havde en frygtelig kloaklugt, som vi prøvede at dæmpe med et vådt håndklæde over kloakken. Der var en dør og et...

「Bra lägenhetshotell med fantastisk utsikt ifrån aĺla balkonger/uteplatser. Vi bodde i en studio men hade en läcka i taket som vi upptäckte efter ett dygn men vi fick en ny större lägenhet samma dag. En liten nackdel är att om man ska åka in till centrum så är det lite för långt och brannt för att promenera. Vi hyrde bil så det var inget problem för oss. I mitt tycke saknades det lite köksutrustning om man vill laga sina egna måltider. Dock finns det kyl/frys/spis/mikro/brödrost som räcker rätt...
