「We have just returned from a lovely stay in Lossiemouth. Stuart was on hand to direct us to the flat which was a stones throw from the beach and play park. The flat slept six comfortably, my husband and I and four kids. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.」

「We feel as though we are somehow doing Trump MacLeod House some sort of disservice by calling it a Hotel as from arrival we never felt that we were staying in a Hotel. It felt more as though we were guests in a Baronial home. The standard of service, food and accommodation was exceptional. The entire Staff made us feel at home from the moment of arrival. The quality of finish and standard of housekeeping was second to none. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. 5 stars all the way! 」

House was rather noisy from the elements outside (wind though the old fireplace that has not been covered correctly) plus the noise from interior such as boiler. 「チェックインしたら裏のメンバー用ホテル等に回された。ところがそこは隣接した広場で大きな音楽が夜の9時過ぎまで一日中流れ不愉快だった。こういうことならメンバー用でなく通常のホテル棟にしてほしかった。 プラス50ポンド払えば食事など含まれるからお得と進められ払ったが、終わってみたら個別に払った方が安かった。 何だかがっくり。二度と泊まりたくない。」
