「The building its self Is lively. The Hotel was lovely & beautifully decorated inside. Hotel and decor Looked very sophisticated and elegant. Was given an upgrade as was a a Birthday. Hotel literally steps away from train and bus station. Amazing location. 」

「これぞスコットランドという風情があるホテルでした。 フロントからレストランに至るまで、オーナーの意思が感じられる対応で、大満足でした。 レストランも朝食からランチ、アフタヌーンティーまでスコットランドを満喫できる美味しさ、スタッフの接遇はゆったり過ごす事配慮されたかんで高感が持てました。 次回、もしアバディーンに訪問する機会があれば是非宿泊したいと思います。」

「サービスは素晴らしかった。料飲の方は特に。 ありがとう。 エレベーターが無いに等しいので長期旅行者には向いていない。お年寄りもしくは外国人にはエレベーターが近い部屋にしてあげると良いと思う。 部屋のトイレが壊れている。水が流れない。それを恐らくホテル側は分かっていたと思う。一泊だし深夜にわかったので苦情を入れなかった。 周辺にご飯を食べるところが無いのでホテルのパブになると思う。」

「Room could do with some minor touch ups as showing signs of wear but generally okay and for what I paid for 10 nights I would consider value for money. Very basic but I knew that when booking and as I was working away I just needed somewhere to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly on reception and room was warm and cosy. Enjoyed the stay, would stay again next time i'm working up in Aberdeen. 「It was a fabulous stay and the staff were fantastic. we had one issue in that on Saturday the bathroom tap came off in my wife's hand. I managed to push it together temporarily to stem the leak. The Hotel had no maintenance staff on site over the weekend and when we left on Sunday at lunch time the tap had not been repaired. This was not good.」

「何度か宿泊しておりますが、非常に外観が美しく、お庭のきれいなホテルです。天気が良い日だと庭を楽しめます。部屋は広めで清潔感があります。最近リフォームされていて、シャワーの設備が新しくなっております。アメニティは通常のMercureのもので、あまり充実はしていませんが、それ以外はとてもおすすめできるホテルです。」
