I booked a room in this hotel and on arriving I asked if I could get a room on the ground floor if one was free (accessibility reasons). I was then sent to the hotel next door which isn't as nice as this one in my view, I've stayed before - with as many stairs.

The place was fine, clean, just a little out of the way. The staff was very very. I’ve tho. The code provided to me did not work the first time and there were a lot of stairs to get to and then back to the reception with my vags. The front desk person was very kind tho and helped promptly.

Property is old and the room we were in was in a corner with 2 other doors right next to our door. At least one person was talking on his phone outside our door at 10pm and it sounded like he was in the room with us. The place has a sleezy boarding house vibe. Wouldn’t stay again. It could do with a renovation.

It is an older building so the layout is very interesting with lots of stairs to various different levels. It is not tall so never to many stairs to your room. Union street is only a block away and it has everything you want on it.

Absolutely the worst, WORST property I have ever stayed at. Disgusting mold in bathroom, torn wallpaper, stained and broken furniture, gross carpets, 1 inch thick mattresses, stale smell, filthy bathroom, no security at front door DO NOT STAY HERE. This is an introduction to a developing nation hotel. Expedia should be embarrassed to have this property listed; total lies in the description. I have fully documented pictures of this pit.
