「The Highland Hotel (now merged with the Brentwood Hotel next door) is on Crown Street, less than ten minutes walk from Aberdeen bus and train station. It is just off Union Street which is the main central street in Aberdeen (the equivalent of Princes Street, Edinburgh - sort of!). We stayed for 3 days, breakfast included. The room, towels, and bed linen were spotless. But the whole hotel is 'tired'. There is no lift, but the reception man will carry up the cases for you. Usual tea and biscuits...
