「I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was tasty and fulfilling. Great Job.」

「Very clean room..,:but the elephant up above us was unbelievably loud night and morning! Traffic noise was bad also. We were on the 2nd floor maybe it’s better up higher.」

「Rooms were clean. It was perfect for a short stay.」

「No closet to hang clothes.」

「Room was clean, and sanitized. Ac worked well. Or almost to well. It was icy, but when I tried to turn it up it just made for the heater to activate. Lack of towels as I always feel like there should be more of an abundance of bath towels. Not just enough for two people to use. Other than that the property served its purpose, checking in was quick, and the surrounding was quiet」

「This hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and the sitting area was comfortable as well. The location was perfect for us, lots of restaurants around. Did not use the valet parking on site, parked in the public parking garage behind the hotel. It was $12 for overnight parking and was a short walk to the hotel.」

「No sign for ice ? On 5th floor ? No signs anywhere」

「The staff were very uncommunicative, the room smelled bad, there was underwear from another guest under the bed, the shower tap didn't work, and the bathroom smelled of urine.」

「The woman at the front desk was so kind and cheerful! It set a nice tone for the rest of the visit. Every time I saw her she was giving all the guests the same energy. Just a lovely experience. I loved my room too but the closet and ac had a weird smell. The rest of the room was very nice and the building was beautiful.」

「Fourth time staying here while visiting my son at SCAD. Great location and friendly Staff」

「This hotel is situated in a great part of the city. It is beside a parking deck (We parked here since the hotel parking, valet only, was so expensive) and the deck is beside The Pink House. Walking a very short distance in the other direction takes you to the River Walk. The included breakfast is one of the best we've had. There was a great variety every morning. Top notch! The only thing we didn't like was arriving for our 4:00 check-in time, but waiting until 4:45 to be able to actually get...

「Front staff is very kind for Japanese like me,not speaking and listening English well.Including manager,I think that this hotel staff are trying to serve their guests with sincerity.」
