"Elizabeth was very easy to talk too. Very fast and friendly. The place was big, but strangely made. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need improvement. The pillows seemed like they were put together. It doesn’t have elevator which I knew but the neighbor came out and yelled at us for making noise while taking our luggage upstairs. It’s basically a garage converted into a unit. It was very cold, they had a small heater but still was cold. The place was clean. "

The check-in experience was really bad, the manager gave us key for a wrong room. Then they scammed us for parking at “wrong” space, bullied me and my family at the middle of the night and tried to take almost 1000 euros from us.
