「Hotel is very clean and centrally located in old san juan. Ive traveled everywhere this hotel was impeccable. I highly recommend if you're going to old san juan. Wine & Cheese every evening for 1 hour and coffee bar in the mornings. Beautiful」

「Muy lindo el hotel, moderno y está mejor que en las fotos. Pero ni tiene planta de luz y hubo un apagón. Tuve que salirme muy temprano a otro hotel porque no podían dar un solo servicio.」

「Love this place.. super clean and convenient location.」

「What a lovely property with excellent location at the old town square. If you are looking to an overnight post or pre cruise departure, this is the place! Clean rooms, large showers and quaint cafe next door. Staff was friendly and helpful what a find. We would definitely return:)」

I had to boil a kettle so my Husbund could shave the kitchen area is great but too many small things are missing the coffee in the urn in the morning is welcome but lacking in creamers. To make things worse the room we booked was not available to us and we had to take a smaller room even though we paid for the library suite. No mention of a refund for the inconvenience the...
