「Facility is new and clean. However seems that education for housekeeper is still under development. There were a lot of missing amenities.」

「Everything about our stay at Andaz was wonderful, the property, facilities, food, and overall atmosphere. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and kind, especially toward my son, who is very chatty. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay feel truly special. I would highly recommend Andaz to anyone visiting Thailand. We would love to return.」

「The meal at the hotel's first-floor restaurant was extremely unpleasant. First, the dishes were not served according to the set course. Also, the wagyu steak was not actually wagyu. Furthermore, the amount I paid on the bill was different from the amount I received back. I consulted with both the restaurant staff and the hotel staff, but I did not receive a satisfactory answer.」

「I wanted to stay a week. Sea was awesome. 」

「The room was nice but wifi was slow. We had a nice stay.」
