"I'm 74 years old,and was looking forward to a wonderful vacation in Thailand. Recently retired,I had heard about Vrbo as an alternative to hotels. After researching the area I wanted to stay in, I found a condominium in a high rise complex called the Riviera. I booked it, paid for it in full, and was given a confirmation number. "The pros are a great location and the suite itself is big. The negatives are the lock box didnt work, cable tv box didnt work, the suit itself was dirty; luckily there was a washing machine because I had to clean the bedding right away, one day I had house keeping ( I know the property says limited house keeping) they left my door unlocked and had all lights and window's left open. I lock everything and make sure the door is locked ( afterall my valuables were in there) so I know I didn't...

"Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here."
