"Well maintained rooms and friendly staff. Definitely worth checking out, only down side is that it’s a bit far from all the main spots yet close by to many things."

"The pool and the staff were the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are very poor wifi, no hot shower. The beds are uncomfortable but i did like their pillow lol. "

"I want to commend and thank the staff at Grand Hotel for a very enjoyable stay. The room was quite comfortable and adequate. And the housekeeping made sure I had everything I needed. The location, although noisy, is right by Walking Street where all the action and excitement is. There is even 2 laundry businesses less than 100 yards away. Also, thanks to the staff for having my phone that I forgot and had to return to get. Overall, a great hotel that really cares about their guests and one I truly recommend to those visiting Pattaya."

"Didn’t use spa "

"Multi hotel complex on the edge of the sea with direct sea views- beach is a staircase away- 6 pools- 7 restaurants- gigantic buffet breakfast- very nice personnel- large honeymoon junior suites with balconies. Only minus is taxi needed to go out in the city."
