「This hotel was amazing and the only thing better than the hotel was the staff! I unfortunately lost my list of names but if I find it I will amend this. The concierge staff was PHENOMENAL! Management AWESOME! Bartender was PERFECT!!」

「Beautiful hotel in a great location downtown. Our room was not ready when we showed up at 6pm (3 hours after regular check in at 3pm). The pool was closed the night we were there which was one of the reasons we picked the hotel so that was disappointing. 」

「Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. 「Hate when hotels charge a resort fee (this is a city hotel not a resort) and then give it back to you saying you got a special credit for the restaurant. 」

「The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay.
