It starts at the door and continues through the staff that operates as a team. I’m always amazed how I feel like an MVP when I enter the door at New World hotel Mr Quok’s concierge team is fabulous. After this trip, I made a point to get everyone’s name that had treated me the best that I’ve ever been treated, at a hotel. Thank you! "Another wonderful stay at The Reverie Saigon! This is my third time staying here in two years and it is one of my favourite hotels in Asia, however, no one seemed to know that I had stayed multiple times. I believe it would have been nice touch to see the appreciation of my loyalty returned with an acknowledgement that I have stayed multiple times. I would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have this information in advance and inform the staff. Even a personalized note saying welcome back would have gone a long way! Other than that, wonderful attentive staff, great food/drink/service/ambience and location."
