「The beach was a great escape from pool musak,」

「Hotel was so nice as always but they're still under construction for repair and improvement from Harricane Oldie, September in 2014... But, great location and service in this area.」

「It was ok. Nothing special by any means. The front desk people were mediocre. The rest in the back had great service. No upgrades other than getting a room right above a restaurant with all the smoke/exhaust coming on you when you stepped outside. When I let them know and asked hey said that was all that was available.」

「I had to wait 3 hours at check-in. The air conditioner sometimes turns off.」

「Our stay at Grand Velas was truly top-notch! Right from the start, the pre-travel concierge made planning effortless. Once we arrived, our onsite concierges, Atenas and Santiago, took incredible care of us—their attentive, friendly service made us feel completely spoiled throughout the whole trip. The staff across the property are so warm and welcoming, and the resort is impeccably clean. As vegetarians, we were super impressed by the food options! Dining at an all-inclusive as vegetarians can...
