「The setting is magical, and perfect for our smaller kids with activities and a kid-friendly swimming pool. Property condition felt a little dated and dining options were few and expensive, esp given the indoor option was very small and the hotel has no spirits licence (so only beer and wine available) 」

「Extremely friendly staff who greets you each time they sees you. And they are very accomodating, helping me to book taxis and tuk tuk for my excursions around the area. The rooms are big and clean, very value for money. However, I would love to have them renting out bicycles for people to cycle out of the compound instead of just within the resort.」

No toilet rolls - had to wait for 1 hr 10 min and 4 phone calls to get it. dirty bedsheets and towels. no breakfast even after waiting for an hour. had to leave the hotel with other guests to some place outside to get breakfast. and no refund for the same. there are many better options in that area. this one is just a disgrace to india tourism.」

「Enjoyed our stay here. This was our first vacation post COVID. We made up for all that we missed because of COVID. Would recommend a good lake view room. Also take a stroll outside the resort along the river. Don't miss the speed boat ride, you will go through narrow river lanes and low bridges. There is a small jetty for speed boat and shikara within the property itself. Thanks for all the staff for making this memorable,」
