「amazing stay at the beautiful resort with wonderful staff - all perfect」

「Room was clean and spacious; hot shower available; quiet」

「This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. 」

「It was ok. 」

「Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. 「Excellent」

「The location is good but the facility has no elevator. No kettle or coffee available. Restaurant has only lunch and dinner. Nearest restaurant is far. The check in was horrible. First we were taken to a non-ac room on second floor. After we pointed out the error we were taken to the first floor. Okay for a night’s sleep, but not for longer stays.」

「Lovely property near the beach in Alleppey. Room was comfortable and well appointed with all amenities including tea/coffee , iron and hair dryer. Nice helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. Uber available for taxi rides.」

「The hotel had no food or amenities. Did not even have a breakfast of any kind. I have never been to such a hotel. 」

「We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. 」

「Very kind staffs, they are very helpful. and accomdations are clean. Nearby the finishing point of house boats.」
