"Spent a night, hot tub and pool’s okay. Not a lot of chairs to put your things tho. You have to ask for slippers and dental kit cos they don’t have it in the room, hence, we went to the pool on our feet. What’s great is, Mihir is such a nice lad, approachable and professional, check in was seamless, and he even upgraded the room that I’ve booked. Location is great as well! "

"Check-in is a joke. This hotel has a check in time at 4 PM. However management seem to feel that having one trainee checking in everybody at 4 o'clock is the way to go for a good customer experience. It took me 35 minutes to get checked in with only two groups in front of me then I was put in the wrong room and he took another hour for me to get the correct room. Also beware this hotel likes to gouge its guests by charging $70 for overnight parking when you can park across the street in a public parking lot for $20 a night. Corporate greed at its finest. Avoid this hotel."
