"Best service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Just wow! They were very considerate of us from the moment we stepped through the door for the first time up until our departure. The facilities were in great condition, and the coffee bar attached to the hotel served up some great food and drinks. Would recommend to friends & family and would definitely stay here again! "

"Short walk from train station. Landmark Plaza mall dining and shopping attached to hotel. Walking distance from amusement park, Nipponmaru ship museum, Cup noodle museum and other tourist activities and dining in the Yokohama port area. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with views of Bay Area. Excellent service. Large comfortable rooms with views."

" The staff is outstanding. We had an amazing view of the harbor and gardens from our room. There is a very large and beautiful park across the street from the hotel. The area is very walkable and close to public transportation. "

"The front end staff spoke English. We had no difficulty at all. A pleasant stay. You do have to register to use the pool in a form online. The form is not English friendly. We had to use a translation app. This could be improved. You get to use the pool for 1 1/2 hours to avoid over crowding. "

"Wonderful high end hotel in good proximity to waterfront walk & Pacifica conference center. Get a high floor with executive lounge access for a complete western or japanese breakfast & teatime. Staff is extremely helpful though not much English spoken. No concierge to arrange excursions, but staff did research & found what i wanted"

"We had a great stay! The building itself is new and clean, and the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities are great, lots of shopping around, and extremely accessible by train with the closest station literally a minute‘s walk. Good restaurants and grocery very close by(the Indian restaurant around the corner is fantastic), just an all round great experience. Highly recommend!!"
