「There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. 「The Universal was cute, enough space for 2 of us, and could have definitely fit a third person. I was worried about the bed loft from previous reviews because I’m 6’3” but it still felt spacious. The shower was fine, it got a little cool but only because we rushed taking two, one after another. The only problems we had were the screen door wouldn’t move, one of the blinds on a window facing the lake was broke and wouldn’t go up. The washer/dryer would not work it kept turning off after 10 mins...

「The area around the property felt safe, it was quiet, and there were several dining options. The convenience of nearby highways made getting to other areas easy. There was convenient self parking and friendly staff. I totally enjoyed my stay and I will go back.」

「This property was not available after booking. I was told that the property had sold. I sensed a scam, as another reviewer mentioned the need to secure a room at a hotel at the last minute. The owner offered me another property verbally, but said it rents for higher. It was his own personal house. He said I should cancel the first booking. I was unable to cancel as I had booked a bundle deal.」
