「We were greeted at the door by the owner Phil. The location was ideal - within walking distance to the main shopping/dining area. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the remote control fireplace. Breakfast was brought to our room in a lovely festive box and included fruit, juice, fresh baked croissant, yogurt, and mini egg/bacon quiches. 」

「This was the first time I have ever stayed at a BNB, but I do know that it is not possible that the Rye Park Manor is the BNB luxury standard. RPM is basically the Ritz Carlton of BNBs. Every single aspect of our stay was beyond phenomenal. The breakfast was better than many NYC restaurants. Not a single area of this property even had a speck of dust. We are still talking about how amazing our stay was and it’s over a month later! 」

The amenities were great as well! I was able to grill up some dinner for the family the one night. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed including. The only thing that left a little to be desired was the AC. The house was somewhat warm with the AC running, but we made the best of it and opened up the windows...
