What a great place to stay when visiting the Niagara area. Very friendly and efficient staff, lots of free parking, lovely, spacious suite with full size fridge and microwave. Convenient location - close to outlet shopping, wineries and Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you're looking for a great place to stay on a budget (remember, this is a student residence), then this is your place!

We didnt realize that it was a student residence until we got there but were pleasantly surprised! Isabella was very helpful with check-in and the property was very clean and quiet. Outlet shopping and dining was only a 5 minute drive and historic Niagara on the Lake was only a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good quality for the price, recommend

It’s a student campus location during the summer, very clean and located near the outlet mall. There is a small cafeteria where you can purchase coffee and snacks with very decent prices and food court at the outlet mall very near.

check in/check out was fast and service was good, in the evening i notice staff would have friends visit and made the visit awkward, as one would make loud screaming noises as i walked by in the lobby. the cleaning staff were friendly, lobby was very clean. the rooms were clean but our room was very dark and dim especially the washroom.
