「It is a classic hotel in Down town in Columbus,Ohio. It looks to be a traditional(historic,late30's) hotel with the building & the room. If one do not like these classical conditions,who is better to look at modern hotels.」

「It was a lifesaver, we originally booked a room at a rundown hotel with busted windows that was just in a horrible condition, but then we were able to book a stay at this nice hotel!」

「If you’re visiting the OSU, Blackwell is a great place to stay: right on campus, across from the football stadium, it's a first-rate hotel with great staff and rooms. The surroundings are a little empty because you're on the edge of campus, and food options walkable from the hotel are mostly chains and student oriented. However, convience and quality absolutely make it worthwhile to stay here for campus-related work or visits. Definitely top of my list of places to stay in Columbus. 」

「Such a beautiful hotel! The staff was very nice and accommodating. This is one of our favorite Columbus hotels. The interior is stunning and it brings a luxury modern feel. The rooms were nice and clean 」

「I could eventually sleep without earplugs, first time during my 2 weeks US trip. Very clean, reception very polite and most helpful: as a real hotel should be! It's also quite original in its decor and this is a bonus. I was not terribly satisfied by the breakfast, as I always prefer a buffet breakfast which is not what they offer; and cafes in and around the hotel already closed by 2pm sounded weird to me! But this does not detract that much to the hotel's outstanding quality. I loved my stay.」

「The staff working the desk were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcoming. We checked in late in the evening and the gentleman working made sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered. The rooms needed to be updated, and they could be cleaner, but everything else was fine.」

「We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room. The cleaning crew didn't clean the room yet. My daughter and I went downstairs and decide to have a drink while we wait. We waiting another 30 minutes and it still was not done. The cleaning crew rush to finish it up to get us into the room. The manager did apologize and offer to put us in another room but we decided it...

「Very spacious, very clean and very quiet spot. Granville is a lovely college town and the main square was walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. The only negative was the internet was spotty, but it was a minor inconvenience.」
