Clean room, was in nice location close to lots of activities and shopping. Room was okay…the AC was a bit noisy with clicking sounds and “heavy startup and shut down” every so often through the night.

When they found out that I was a Hilton Honors Gold, they upgraded my room to the highest floor and had a sofa bed. They also offered me either extra points or access to the Executive Lounge. I chose the Lounge. It had good breakfast foods.

Checkout took a little longer than expected. I know they ask for guests to check-in online, but that is not what we prefer to do. While we could hear staff on the other side of a wall, no one came to check us in for several minutes. also, there was no way to let anyone know that we were there The room was well equipped, and VERY comfortable. We were very happy with the bed, pillows, and towels. Overall a very nice experience.

Very nice, updated hotel, clean with a pool and hot tub. Kids enjoyed swimming and I loved the breakfast included with room. It was a voucher that you could sit down and pick from a menu.

The hotel is very clean and room was specious and full of natural light. At this price hotel should have complementary breakfast.

Perfect birthday getaway with kids

The room was amazing and clean. The pool was perfect and hot tub relaxing. The executive club access was amazing as was the food. All staff was helpful and friendly, well definitely stay there again.
