「 Clean and comfortable,I had a nice stay」

「I stayed here as a wedding guest and was not disappointed. The room was really clean and very modern and overlooked the canal which was nice to see. The bed was quite high which other guests also commented on but was comfortable. The only downside was I couldn't find the hairdryer when needed but was told by another guest that the center compartment of the desk lifted up (this was not obvious) which housed the hairdryer and mirror. 「We use this hotel for my family often and they've always been excellent. Only issue I have is that it can get very hot in the summer. 」

「It was a shame that I didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning. I didn’t get to sample the facilities that were available as I had to leave in the morning. The staff were lovely and the standard of the hotel is excellent. The price I paid for the room and breakfast was also very reasonable」

「ノッティンガム城のすぐ近くです。 駅から歩いて約15分、バスを利用してもバス停から8分ほど歩きます。 但し、駅からはずっと上り坂なので重い荷物を持っていると苦労します。 徒歩10分ほどで町の中心部に行けます。 部屋はとても広くてバスタブもあり、快適な滞在が出来ました。 レセプションスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋の清掃と行き届いていました。 唯一の難点は、Wi-Fiが不安定だったことです。 いつも別のホテルを利用していましたが、次回からはこちらを利用しようと思います。」

「Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...
