「This property was so unique with such an amazing view. Unfortunately availability of food and beverage was not what we expected. The bar closed earlier than listed and when we asked hotel staff if we could buy a glass of wine, we were told no. A small shop in the lobby with bottles of water, wine, snacks would have been a great addition. Also, one of the 2 saunas was broken, only one bathrobe provided per room and there was a broken shower shelf.」

「The Skye Inn was a guesthouse at hotel prices. The restaurant was closed the breakfast while good was slow and the staff in their own words were “distracted” Basically it seemed that the student aged staff were operating the Skye Inn without adult management. Perhaps as the season was just starting they were all new on their jobs but the place missed having an experienced adult in charge」
