"I was very disappointed by this hotel. The room was small and missing many of the basic amenities such as climate control and a refrigerator which was shocking for a 4 star hotel. The room was hot and stuffy. They placed us near the stairwell where we could hear people yelling from downstairs and every single person who walked up the stairs. The room was also not clean and there was mildew and debris buildup in the shower. There was sprayed stains on the walls and the baseboards hadn’t been cleaned. Overall we were quite disappointed and the hotel refused to rectify the situation."

"The staff could not have been more helpful. I had an issue with my booking (through the booking agent) and the lady at reception was so very professional and courteous and had it sorted in no time. You are an asset to the Dunollie Hotel at Broadford on Isle of Skye. My room was very clean and comfortable. The Bar Was well stocked and the service was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was A1. Thankyou to everyone .I could not recommend it highly enough"

"The staff at Kings Arms Hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. The breakfast was also decent and provided a good start to the day. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was disappointing. The room showed significant wear and tear, with damaged blinds that did not properly block the light, making it difficult to sleep. There were signs of poor maintenance throughout the room and bathroom, including mold/mildew in shower corners, worn fixtures, and general cleanliness issues around baseboards and door frames. The overall property feels dated and in need of refurbishment. While the staff did their best and were pleasant to deal with, the condition of the facilities did not match what we expected. With some much-needed maintenance and updates, this could be a much better place to stay. Would I stay again? Probably not, unless substantial improvements are made."

"This cottage was a bit tricky to find, in spite of the detailed directions given to us, but well worth the moments of confusion. The cottage is very quaint, comfortable and has a wonderful view of the inlet. We really appreciated the list of nearby attractions and restaurants.It was the perfect base for us to explore the surrounding area - especially the Isle of Skye.Anna was very helpful and responsive."
