「The space is lovely. The rooms - quiet and spacious. But what stood out most to me was the customer service. I appreciate that the breakfast host saw I wasn’t intrigued by the breakfast menu and suggested a restaurant not far from the location. This reminded me of “Miracle on 34th Street” where Chris refers a Macy’s customer to Gimbles for the gift they sought. More spaces should offer customer service such as this.」
