「スタッフの素晴らしい対応！」

「Overall our experience with the Glynhill hotel was pretty good. Their staff were helpful, attentive and accommodating to requests asked of them. We didn't book b&b as that was not suitable for our needs, so cannot comment on breakfast, however we did have an evening meal on three occasions and they were excellent, so I'm sure their breakfasts would also have been just as good. It is advisable to book a table for dinning as they are very busy. In short we had a very enjoyable stay at Glynhill...

「We stayed in Kilmarnock for a family occasion but we would return to the hotel as a base for visiting the area which has some beautiful spots and lots of history. Friendly hotel, nice room, restaurant was excellent and overall good experience. Thank you.」

The spa is lovely and so relaxing, making it the perfect place for a little getaway. This time, we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade after my other half mentioned it was my birthday, and the room was amazing! The staff are always so lovely and welcoming at check-in, and everyone is so helpful. We always have a fantastic stay and would highly recommend...

「レセプションスタッフの聞き取りに助けられた、レストランの料理の味がよく価格が標準、ウエイターの勘よく日本語でも応じてくれる切れ者(笑)」
