「We had a lovely stay for four nights with breakfast. The room was enormous and the bathroom had everything you could want in there. Bed was comfortable, nice selection of instant teas and coffees in the room. The staff were lovely, particularly the hosts of breakfast and the breakfast selection was excellent. It's a short walk from the beach and into the town for shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff who work in this hotel. 」

I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value.
It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential.
Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe...
「We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time.」
「This is a modern hotel in an historic house with a fantastic restaurant attached. Not sure if the two are owned by the same group but probably. The check in is all virtual, no hotel staff are on site, and it went smoothly however I did have to step outside to get a decent cellular signal in order to check in. Close to the railway station. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Highly recommended!」
