「Super location; very hand for rail station. Lovely clean hotel, looked clean and smelt clean. Crisp bed sheets and plenty of pillows. 」

「On arrival reception was efficient but not overly friendly. We had a pleasant room overlooking the well kept golf course. Cleanliness in the room was good but a little extra attention in the bathroom needed; dirt around plughole, shower hinges and darkened grout around the bath. Food and service was very good. We had been advised the day before that due to a technical fault the swimming pool was closed, but were given a bottle of wine and free access to the thermal spa which was very generous....

「部屋も広く、洗面台の水が右の壁から出てくる面白い作りでした。トイレが独立しバスタブとシャワーブースもありました。シャワーブースは密閉性が高く、水が飛び散りません。狭さはありますが温水でブースの温度も確保されるため、シャワーにありがちな寒さが全くありませんでした。冷蔵庫あり。」

「The refurbished room was really nice, very clean. Check in was easy and all staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the use of the pool, the staff there were kind to my kids. 」

「Wonderful hotel, such a beautiful old building. Food was delicious, we ate in the brasserie and had breakfast each morning in the gallery restaurant. The staff were spot on, very helpful and attentive. Lavenham itself is a very picturesque village, you feel you have been transported back to another era. Would definitely stay again. 」
