「Never got inside. I warned host that I was arriving very late at night. I was sent instructions and a code with no emergency contact number. The code did not work and there was no way to reach the host. Fortunately my taxi driver stayed and helped me find a hotel. It was a frightening experience. The host apologized and refunded my stay 」
