"Bathroom was lovely and modern but could do with a better shower, like a rainfall head. Breakfast buffet was not replenished quickly, partner gave up waiting for beans and the Natural/Greek yogurt was absent. Strangely there was too much ham on the eggs benedict, which made the dish cold quickly. Could also do with being extended. 9.30zm finish is too early for someone enjoying a night away from home. The hotel check in is 3pm unless you offer the £40 early check in fee, not great for customer service. Fair amount of parking and never had an issue, even on graduation event day. I would stay here again definitely."
