"I had a great time at the pool and really appreciated how clean the room was. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The only thing that didn’t work was the toilet on our first night (someone had flushed a bar of soap), and the microwave in our room was out of order. "

"Horseshoe has clean rooms, we got a view of the sphere and ferris wheel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quick bites/coffee within hotel. We were able to try out their ayce breakfast at Flavortown, worth it for food and pricing. Thank you for a great stay."
