"The staff wasn’t very friendly, they wanted to charge us for checking in 35 minutes before 3. They didn’t have water from 11 until 6. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel needs maintenance "

"The room was not great. It was clean, but no amenities to speak of. at all. the tv wasnt even smart. no showermat, no tissues, no coffee. There really wasnt any staff. 80 checkin counters and only 1 person there. Basically did all the work myself. the resort fee is an insane ripoff. It didnt seem to cover anything of use. Atleast most hotel have coffee and water under that fee. The breakfast buffet was $40... like what, how? And the casino was very very greedy. i didnt win anything anywhere. just a huge money-sink all around. Themost helpful person in the whole place was a shirtless dude in the lobby hawking tickets to a show, and all he did was give me directions. The hotel was just a huge letdown."

"We didnt get to enjoy the pool as the weather didnt permit. The hotel and staff overall was nice. They were very accommodating when we asked for a fridge to store our drinks since the one in our room only had drinks for purchase. I would book again"
