「Guest Rooms: While generally clean, the shower drain is somewhat poor, causing the sink to become flooded. The sink is also extremely slippery when wet, so caution is advised. The automatic locks are prone to malfunction; if this occurs, you can request a replacement at the front desk. Staff: All the staff were very cheerful and easy to talk to. However, be aware that English may not be spoken in the dining hall. Breakfast: I chose a plan that included breakfast and was very satisfied....

「Not bad」

「The hotel staff were very courteous from the moment I checked in. The view from both the room and the rooftop was absolutely amazing! You can enjoy a full view of the Sagrada Familia. The breakfast was also very delicious. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit, which made me come back every morning. I would love to stay here again when I visit Barcelona. Thank you very much!」

「Clean rooms, noncomplaints with regards to facilities」
