「Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants).」

「My husband and I just wanted a quick weekend getaway so we could visit the downtown area. The resort was nice because it was far away from all the noise, and located right off the beach, yet close enough to drive to all the downtown happenings. Our room was clean, and had more than enough space for us. The furnishings were comfortable, and there was also a nice sized balcony for outdoor dining and entertaining. 「It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The beach was within a 5 minute drive and it wasn't crowded. There were a ton of restaurants to choose from. It was so much better than trying to stay downtown where it was difficult getting in and out of places. The condo looked just like was shown andhad the cutest patio garden with hot tub! 」

「The place was fantastic! Pleasantly surprised with the “3rd” bedroom downstairs! We were all cozy and had our own space- which was much needed after 5 days in one room on a cruise! Only thing I could say it needs would be a knife/scissor set!! 」

「Overall very nice condo with a couple of issues that should have been addressed prior to arrival. The front screen door handle on the outside falls off at times making entry difficult if you are carrying anything. The keurig coffee maker was full of black mold in the water reservoir. We cleaned, bleached, and sanitized it! Other than that, a great place in a great location. We will be back.」

「Property on the beach with direct access to it. Spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. Walking distance to everything. The only issue was that dishwasher did not work. I would rent it again without a dobut」
