「It was paradise」

「wifi無料なはずでしたが、回線が混んでるだのなんだの言って パスワードを教えてくれず、結局使えませんでした。 朝食は普通のブッフェ。 全体的に古い印象でした。。これで4つ星ホテルっていうのが信じられません。 3つ星が妥当な気がします。 チェックイン時にサンドイッチ、水、果物、ジュースを頂きましたが、 冷蔵庫がないので、保管できません。テネリフェは暑いのに。」

「Easy check in and nice room on 1st floor facing pool . large bed , good powerful shower, reasonable number of English TV channels. Couple of settees and balcony. Good quality shopping centre nearby, Le Duque, 」

「Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. 「とてもきれいなホテルです。数多くのプールでとても楽しめました！ 残念だったのは、子供向けアクテビティ（4歳から利用可能と表記）について事前に電話で問い合わせたところ、4歳以下でも保護者同伴で利用可能と言われましたが、実際には参加を断られました。またレストランが4つありますが、1つは休業、2つは似通った内容のブッフェ、1つはすぐ予約が埋まり利用が難しいため、ご飯には少し飽きが来ます。」

「No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning. Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary. The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water. The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid. The facilities were very good but service was so bad.」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「Loved the hotel, location, friendliness of staff and how clean it was. Food was excellent! Only thing was that we wished they had double beds as fell down the middle a few times with the 2 singles pushed together 」

「Mini disco is a perfect event for families with small kids. My kids were dancing every day. Dinner is buffet style. It is convenient to have meals at the hotel, but I would recommend having lunch & dinner outside. It is just 10 min walking distance from the restaurant area. 」

「Our Stay is from end of 2016 to new year 2017. Dinner/GALA dinner was good, Robby and pool is good atmosphere, location is close to beach, service people are friendly, room is clean. Overall we enjoyed the stay. But Wifi is not available in the room even additional fee is necessary. Safety box and refrigerator is also requires additional fee. 「エアコンの効きや洗面所の排水は問題ありませんでしたが、湯沸かし器やコーヒーカップがありませんでした。また、冷蔵庫はありましたが冷凍機能なしでした。セキュリティBOXは使用料1日3ユーロかかるので使用しませんでした。部屋にシャワーはありましたが、浴槽はありませんでした。WiFiは鈍すぎて途中で何度となく切断されました。部屋は毎日綺麗に掃除されていました。バイキングの食事は品数が多く、美味しかったです。しかし、夕食時には水が有料だったり、デザートがあるのにコーヒーの提供がありませんでした（朝食時はあります）。ホテル周辺は海に近く、また、周辺にスーパーマーケットや食事できる店など多数ありとても便利でした。」

「立地は良く、スタッフもフレンドリーで、部屋も料理も問題ありませんでした。 ただ、少し部屋が古く狭い印象だったこと(コネクティングルームだったので狭く感じたのは仕方ないかもしれませんが、接続部分の扉を開けていると一方の部屋の通路がかなり狭くなるなど、身動きしにくかったです。)、子供用の浅いプールが無かったこと、駐車場の入り方が分かりにくかったこと、食事の際にフレッシュジュースが無かったことなどが気になりました。」

「We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking.
