「A lovely stay with great breakfast. 」

「 The location is very good. It’s in front of the plaza Santo Domingo. A family devotion to the business makes you feel very comfortable. They have everything except a trash box in your room.」

「All the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was limited but okay. I requested a room with a view, but didn’t realize it was 6 floors up—with no elevator! Do I asked for a lower-level room and got one on the third floor. The next night I moved to a lower floor, however, it was very noisy. Good thing I had my ear plugs. The location is fantastic!」

「Clean, comfort, quiet and nice hotel. Facilities: Not only towel and soap, but also tooth brush, paste, even mouth wash liquid were prepared.Hot water ran sufficiently. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet was delicious. Location: Around this hotel there is few shops and restaurants so you have to walk to Marisal area,for example, but you can reach there in 5 minutes.」

「Staff was lovely. So quiet! We walked to dinner and though it felt perfectly safe they sent a security guard along with us who then returned for our walk home. They even sent us with packed breakfasts before our early flight (which we didn’t even ask for!) Breakfast was lovely the day we were able to eat there too. 」

「The Zen Hotel was great. They had a hard time finding my reservation at first but that happens at times. We had 2 rooms during our stay with both being Deluxe Studios with 1 King Bed with sofa bed. The rooms were nice. One had a beautiful view of the city. The room was nice and the bath room had good hot water. WiFI was excellent as well. The breakfast buffet was nice and there were plenty of options. The staff was great. They spoke English and were able to help with our needs. There was armed...
