"Extremely good location for transport and sights. In a safe neighbourhood. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel and bedroom very clean. Hotel quiet. We slept very well. The only downside was the breakfast as there is little choice with the same menu every day. A bit monotonous after our 7 nights there. "

"We had a room attendant walk into our room which was scary as he intended to clear our safe for other guests and got the room number wrong we had several thousand USD in the safe so this would of been bad if we were not in our room. Our room rate booking included free self parking but on arrival we were told parking was full and we would have to pay parking elsewhere so in the end I said not happy with this so was then told I could go into parking area and try and find a space which I did and a...

"We stayed here as it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. It had good reviews as a quiet, clean place to stay & it did not disappoint. "

"The hotel's location is closed to Canada Place. The room (220)'s shower floor is slippery that I would suggest have a shower mat on the shower floor. There are two side with 5 steps stair before the entrance of the hotel which make quests with luggage struggling to go up. I would suggest that make a ramp for one side with 5 steps stair."

"About the least expense yet decent accommodation in the area. Historic property, nicely updated while maintaining the historic value of the building. Street noise was problematic. Staff friendly and accommodating. Three restaurants onsite, all good. Parking wasn’t the most convenient, but it still worked. I would go back if I was attending an event at Roger’s Arena or B.C. Place. "

"Fabulous staff. The concierge Jerry was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the area. He was abke to answer all our questions. Also, the location of the hotel is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again. "

"Great stay!. My room although on the smaller side was very cozey. Got a free bottle of red wine when i checked in, which i thought was a nice touch. The rooftop restaurant and patio on the 12th floor was awesome. Their bar tender make awesome cocktails. Over all stay is 8.5/10. Rooms a little out dated but cwrtainly not a deal breaker at all. Staff were great. Valet parking is very convenient and reasonably priced."
