「リフトの目の前にあり、スキーヤーにはとても便利なロケーション。泊まった部屋は広めに設計されており、ファミリーや友達ときても窮屈感を与えないでしょう。 プールとジャグジー、各フロアの何部屋かは改装中でしたがあまり気にならなかったです。 スタッフがとても対応が良くて安心感があるのですが、常設じゃなかったのが、1点マイナスかな。」

「Check in via remote was a total pain. The lady on the phone was polite, that kept me going despite my frustration... email said i could abort registration and do it at front desk, which i was told by phone not possible. Also no idea where site was until registere via phone. I do not like how check in was at all, all else was passable, parking should be included...」

「So much space for Whistler. Lovely to not feel on top of each other. Older style apartment (CD players, older furniture), but the space and ski in/out location was brilliant. We didn't use the washer or dryer but would be handy for long stays. The location is right up the top of the hill, which isn't super handy for dinners out, but the free bus is regular and only takes 5-10 minutes to get into the village. The management company was great too. Clear and fast information. 」

「The price was right for this property, but many things didn't work: the fireplace, the hot tub, the pool. The coffee table/blanket box was worn and the hinges didn't work. The management company, Whistler Retreats, was responsive to try to rectify the situation (their representative Bryan actually went out on Christmas Eve and bought a small fireplace, incredibly). The problem was the "strata" of condo owners who owned the building, who would not reopen the hot tub and pool, despite it...

「Property was very neat and tidy, all facilities (washing machine, microwave, cooking, dishwasher etc...) were excellent. Rooms are a great size and beds were super comfortable. The bus stops at the front door. Thumbs up all round 」
