アッパー ビレッジの三つ星ホテル

「Beautiful and peaceful stay」

「This property exceeded all our expectations! The space is remarkably open and beautifully laid out, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to stretch out and relax without ever feeling cramped. Every amenity you could think of was provided, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living spaces. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「This unit was spacious and clean. The access to The facilities was appreciated.」

「Close hike to village」

「Good」

「Great place to stay has everything to be comfortable - close to village and amenities nice hot tub will definitely re-visit」

「N/A」

「The accommodation itself is not well taking care of. There’s dust and cobwebs inside rooms. There’s musty smell when you enter the house and the place is not well ventilated. No aircondition just electric fan and heater. The towels and the comforter has yellow stains in it. The pillow cases and towels smells. I phoned the guest services and verbalized my concern and told me they cleaned it and couldn’t do anything about it. 」
