「Nice hotel with large suite. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. 」

「The place is larger than it looks in the photos which was a nice surprise. Check-in was kind of annoying because it was in the village far away from the actual building. There was some issues with the front lock so we couldn't get out at some point. Also there was only one key provided which was really annoying to coordinate with a apartment that has room for 8 people. Besides that it was good. I would definitely stay there again. 「Perfect location! If you do some research you can ski just short of the front door from blackcomb. Overall I would rate it a 7 the town home is really outdated like stepping back into the 1980’s and really needs updates. Buttons on the stove were worn off, pull out couch had cheerio’s in it, shower curtain had some mold shower heads need to be replaced. Relatively clean but you definitely hear the neighbors for 5 people it did the job. 3 stars 」

「The accommodation itself is not well taking care of. There’s dust and cobwebs inside rooms. There’s musty smell when you enter the house and the place is not well ventilated. No aircondition just electric fan and heater. The towels and the comforter has yellow stains in it. The pillow cases and towels smells. I phoned the guest services and verbalized my concern and told me they cleaned it and couldn’t do anything about it. 」

「Property was very neat and tidy, all facilities (washing machine, microwave, cooking, dishwasher etc...) were excellent. Rooms are a great size and beds were super comfortable. The bus stops at the front door. Thumbs up all round 」
