"Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working. We requested front desk fix it and after a couple of attempts, they indicated the mechanic/repair man was not available. Unfortunate! Also, maintenance was being done on the pool and hot tub, so they were closed down. However, pinnacle allowed us to use the Delta pool amenities, which was a real plus."

"I was there for a conference Checking in & out was smooth. My Bed was a bit firm. I was on the main floor & My sliding door was facing the Cinnamon Bear which made me not want to open the curtains & a bit uncomfortable. "
