「If steps are a problem for you, this is not the place for you. You have to climb one flight of steps to reach the door to the room and then another flight of steps to reach the bedroom. I loved the balcony, but the "suite" was a little run down. Half the lightbulbs needed to be replaced. There were no hangers. I had to go buy some. The rooms come equiped with an old drip coffee pots and coffee bags that are not sufficient for a full pot of coffee. Kitchen supplies are spotty - 3 spoons, a couple...

「Nice view. Small but nice beach. Only negative is that oddly the shower did not have a self or other means of putting soap etc except setting it on the floor of the shower. Great value for the cost.」

「Check-in staff was not very welcoming. They appeared to be changing shifts but barely acknowledged us at first. We checked in after 3pm and they said they needed to check the room (when asked they said to make sure it had been cleaned). The sink is located outside bathroom and no shelves in bathroom to place any items (other than metal rack with towels - which was very rusty). The shower knob was detached and falling off. There was mold visible in shower and around shower. Hotel advertised...

「We were disappointed in a few things, one being the comfort- the couch in our room was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit for long at all- it was also dirty with stains- fir the cost if the room, spending some money on a new, comfortable couch with washable cushion covers wouldn’t be too much to ask- plus the resort outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable- the pieces were nice & pretty but could definitely use cushions- we used our bed pillows for our outdoor Adirondack chairs on our balcony. ...
