"This hotel is clean image and actually clean. Great breakfast too."

"The staff were incredibly accommodating (to be fair everyone in Morioka was exceptionally hospitable). The hotel was awesome, onsen was amazing and the food absolutely delicious (both dinner and breakfast). "

"Excellent customer service great breakfast very clean room"

"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"Spacious room, delicious and nutritious dinner and breakfast and great onsen."

"Wonderfully nice staff. Very clean and comfortable. Great Onsen. Great place to stop after a long day"

"I would like to thank the staff, for trying to help."
