"Great"

"Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t care for the shared showers (dorm style) set up; however, shower pressure was excellent! Suggest installing a towel bar/rack in bathroom to hang the hand towel and a full length mirror in room."

"Very comfortable stay. Staff very helpful."

"Located in a quiet area, convenient stores within walking distance, large supermarkets and restaurants within a few kilometers. Nice place to stay. Nice buffet breakfast."

"Bed was comfy, great location, excellent service and very clean. I will be coming back."

"Excellent hotel, great breakfast and really lovely staff. Perfect location too."

"Wonderfully nice staff. Very clean and comfortable. Great Onsen. Great place to stop after a long day"

"Very traditional Japanese hotel with awesome hospitality. The room is clean and meals are very delicious. Although a little bit far away, but worthy to come for finding inner peace."

"clean room; good breakfast; very polite staff"

"Very nice area with good food all around"

"I would like to thank the staff, for trying to help."

"GREAT"

"Simply because I'm a lone traveller they only gave me 1 pillow which was very soft. The towel supply was sparse too."

"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! The staff also properly stored my luggage while I went to the museums within the area."

"Comfortable and good location"

"This is an older hotel/onsen that has been bought by a Japanese chain, and they have done a great job refurbishing parts of it while keeping the general feel of an older onsen. My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff very kind and helpful, the food good, and the atmosphere in general very pleasant. Everything felt reasonably priced, and we had no problems using the onsen even with tattoos. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone else looking for some peace in...

"Very comfortable room, very good breakfast. Parking a bit expensive, but location of hotel is great."
