「We stayed at ocean view room for our vacation, and enjoyed brilliant view during daytime and had calm and relaxed moments at night. The hotel is located 5 to 10 min distance on foot from the central area of Penzance where you can see restaurants and shops, and it took only 15 min walk to the edge of the next town where Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar is located. 「Lovely quiet and comfy stay, you wouldn't know you were above a pub!」

「We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the breakfasts. There was a buffet of lots of fresh fruit every day, a selection of cereals, and the cooked breakfasts to order were fabulous. We aren't drinkers, so we didn't go into the pub at all. There was a minor plumbing issue one evening, and they did everything possible to rectify it that evening. Unfortunately, the plumber wasn't able to get the part till the next day, but we...

「Hotel is right on the waterfront with a big car park across the street for easy parking. Hotel is reasonably modern and well looked after. Walking distance to everything. We had an accessible (wheelchair) room and the open wetroom bathroom that has many dirty-wheeled wheelchairs rolling over it needs to be cleaned much more regularly.」

「Lovely room, warm comfy bed. Slight lack of clothes storage (some hanging space but no shelves/drawers). Expensive I know but some of the window frames need replacing. Friendly staff and great food - breakfast and dinner.」
