"AC operation satisfactory.. Room cleaning daily outstanding. A big shout out to house keeper from Nepal fort her positive, professional and friendly attitude! Namaste! Before checking out we asked for help from the front desk concerning Airporter luggage pick up. The employee was not knowledgeable about the issue and we were helped to navigate the phone to succeed.. howerever..at one point the gentleman told my wife that usually the customers handle that themselves. I felt that was an inappropriate comment. If one does not know how to help.. one should get someone else to help the customer instead of saying that! Please don't be too harsh on the person responsible. : )"

"Great location. Right beside the entrance to train station. 7-11, Lawson's and Family Mart all within a block away. Hotel is outside the noisy/busy area but within 15 minute walking distance. "

" This hotel is at the Northeast corner of Kabukicho. I booked the 2 bed room that faces the intersection. 4th floor room was pretty quiet to regular traffic. Laundry station was on the 4th floor as well. There is a train station entrance next to the hotel doors that has a straight line route to Akihabara. This room was the most spacious out of three 2 bed hotels I booked in Tokyo for a week. There is a CoCo Curry across the street north and a Mcdonalds to the east with plenty of other places to eat within sight of the hotel."
