The staff was caring, helpful, and excellent.

Hotel is perfect base for exploring Matsusaka region of Japan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent quality breakfast buffet.

Big room, big bathroom.

Not much thing around. A Lawson conviene store closed by and 2 restaurants. Last bus 640pm and first bus at 640am. Limited transportation around. If you need to leave before 640am is not recommended it. No taxi into 7am. Go and didi doesn’t have taxi near by. The local taxi doesn't take cards only cash. Be aware of these inconvenient. The people around that area doesn't speak English. Its great and quite area.

We had a wonderful stay at Asahikan. The hosts were exceptional and made delicious and abundant meals for us, were super friendly and helpful, and gave us many suggestions on things to see and do in the area. We highly recommend Asahikan and definitely would return.

From the very first time we arrived in Asuka, on to the house. We were surprised by it's magic. The village is so serene, near by all the amenities we needed from walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and train station. The house itself is absolutely magical. It's like a fairy tail. Apartment was clean, spacious, and featured new appliances and new construction. Location was conveniently close to a major train station as well as several restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in was a little cumbersome and due to equipment failures we were not able to use key cards and had to share a single unit key.

Clean, breakfast was so good, staff were nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Spacious rooms, beautiful views of the rice ponds. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond for us. They made our stay extra memorable and we hope to return in the future.

Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!

Wonderful staff. Conveniently next to Nagoya Airport. Stayed here for the Japan Grand Prix and have no complaints. This is the best place to stay if you’re planning to attend the F1 race at Suzuka Circuit. Easy access to the JR and Metro Subway lines. 7-11 nearby if you prefer not to spend money on grab and go food at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
