「The hotel was pricey for the quality.」

「Resort overall was scenic and the beach was very good. Unfortunately checkin was less than acceptable. Check in was 4pm, didnt get room til 6:30 and there were still many people waiting for their room to be cleaned. To be fair the mgr on duty did waive the resort fee, when prompted. Observed same issue all 3 days we were there. 」
